Shahni is the chef-owner of Éphémère Supper Club. He always had a passion for cooking but couldn’t really muster the courage to pursue his dream. However, it was 8 years ago when he finally made the rebellious decision of dropping his nursing degree and moving away from Edmonton to.......

“If you spend time creating something, you should have the privilege of presenting it forward.”

Learning from various positions and mentors, Shahni created Éphémère Supper Club. His main objective behind it is to create an ideal environment and provide a service where friends and family can gather and enjoy the serenity of the moment while consuming exquisitely prepared and graciously served meals. Shahni cherishes the sight of a relaxed host orchestrating an event and he strives every day for it.....

Roy graduated top of his class from VCC before we were able to swoop him to join Ephemere SupperClub.

He enjoy combining his influences from his childhood dishes into our menu.

Event Coordinator

Violet graduated with a Diploma in Production Management. 
She joined our team in 2019 working with clients to put together a personalized event and coordinate all their requests. You might see her serveing at our events and host Wine Pairing Dinners.
